TheMaxFitness Challenge
A major factor when it comes to getting into your ideal shape is all about consistency. consistency is why so many fail to stay fit and healthy. a great way to overcome this is to set yourselves goals to give you something to always stive for. I recommend theses be short and long term.
For example, set yourself a goal to do 3 runs this week for around 25mins each, then a long-term goal for you could be to run a 5K in under 25 minutes.
Another tip with theses goal setting is to constantly push yourself so when you achieve one goal set your next and keep challenging yourself and improving. I've found this leads to consistent motivation as I'm always striving for that next think and never satisfied which often leads to compliancy.

The challenge is for us as a group to run 2023kilometres by 2023 I am really excited about this challenge and hope this is something we can all get involved in. comment your km ran each week in the comments, and I will add them up and reduce them from the target.
This challenge is all about encouraging you to act now and not later and start your fitness journey. Using as mentioned before the power of goal setting to accomplish what you set out to do. This challenge as can see is a group effort so this platform should be used to encourage others as we are all working for the same goal in trying to get in the best shape as we can and of course achieve the 2023KM by 2023.
